Maggie

Maggie comes to Spitfire with a passion for positive change, a thirst for knowledge, and a desire to expand her skill set by working alongside the best changemakers in the business of social good.

As Project Coordinator for Spitfire’s New York City Office, Maggie manages the day-to-day office systems vital to supporting the teams’ projects and helping clients achieve their goals. She works closely with members across Spitfire’s four main office locations to operationalize systems that increase efficiency, maintain morale, and create an inclusive office culture.

Before joining Spitfire, Maggie was an executive assistant to the Nassau County Executive in Long Island, New York, where she worked with local community organizations and elected officials to facilitate policymaking. Prior to this role, she worked on multiple political campaigns across Long Island, collaborating with activists and constituents to achieve a common goal.

Originally from upstate New York, Maggie migrated to Long Island to attend Hofstra University, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Dance. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid dancer, a candle connoisseur, and can usually be found watching Frasier while eating nachos.
