This is Shelley – a community-based researcher (she rejects the term “feral”) who adopted my back porch last summer as her new headquarters. Shelley says she has previously served as a senior environmental psychologist specializing in urban neighborhoods for both district and federal administrations. Shelly enjoys spending time with her person, Dennis Poplin.
