Jackie was introduced to the world of public interest communications while taking Professor Ann Christiano’s class at the University of Florida (Go Gators!). That’s when she first discovered an entire field dedicated to the intersection of communications and social good, thus igniting her passion to use strategic communications to create positive social change. Shortly after, she served on the core planning team for Frank, an annual gathering that unites changemakers and movement builders from around the globe, for three years where she was deeply inspired by the curiosity and brilliance that the gathering cultivates.
Upon graduating UF with a Bachelor of Science in public relations and a minor in leadership, Jackie kicked off her communications career at Spitfire as an intern in 2017. She has since expanded and sharpened her skillset to become an integral part of her project teams.
During her free time, Jackie loves being outside, listening to live music, and exploring new places. One of her favorite places is the breathtaking Yosemite National Park.
