Heaven Taylor-Wynn is a multimedia creator with a background in journalism who believes honest, effective communication can change the world. Heaven uses her experience in audience engagement and social media to think critically about how to develop impactful messaging for clients. 

At Spitfire, Heaven uses her knowledge of the media landscape to elevate clients’ unique stories and educate their audiences. She approaches each project with a critical lens, always questioning how she might increase the impact of her work. She applies her skills in fact-checking, writing and project management to design creative content. 

Heaven is no stranger to mission-driven work. Prior to joining Spitfire, Heaven was the Audience & Ambassador Manager at MediaWise where she taught digital media literacy skills to people across the world, primarily focusing on communities of color that are frequently targeted in disinformation campaigns. All people make decisions based on the information they consume. Because of this, Heaven believes that access to quality information is a human right. 

Heaven lives in St. Petersburg with her family where she was born and raised. She enjoys making TikTok videos about media literacy. In her free time, she serves as a member of the board of directors for the College Fund of Pinellas County, Inc., one of several organizations that funded her college education and allowed her to graduate debt-free. She’s passionate about supporting financially disadvantaged students and ensuring they have access to college education. She holds a B.S. in telecommunication news from the University of Florida.
