A new training from Spitfire Strategies aims to help foundation staff better communicate with and engage their grantees and other audiences in their change strategies. The training is based on From Big Ideas to Big Change: A Communications Guide for Grantmakers, a new report from Spitfire that examines the current gaps in the way foundations are integrating their grantees into the strategies for change – and offers resources and best practices from the field to help foundations communicate more clearly with their grantees in order to effectively engage them in creating change. This training – which is offered as a one-hour webinar or a half-day in-person session – will help you clarify the way your foundation talks about your change strategy (often known as a theory of change) and give you tips and tools to communicate the change strategy to your grantees and beyond.
