Spitfire Strategies Executive Training Program - 2012

Spitfire Strategies President Kristen Grimm leads a workshop at the Executive Training Program.

To drive their goals and create lasting social change, executive directors need  to know how to oversee sophisticated communications efforts, craft and deliver compelling messages, effectively engage priority audiences, and learn how to adopt  best communications practices from storytelling to social media. Now in its 10th  year, the Spitfire  Strategies Executive Training Program combines in-person trainings with online learning and individual coaching to give nonprofit  leaders a unique experience  that  will dramatically increase the overall effectiveness of their organizations.

An independent study commissioned by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation to assess the effectiveness of the program found that an overwhelming percentage of respondents consider the Executive Training Program among the most interactive and useful training sessions they have ever attended. Respondents gave top marks to the caliber of speakers and the topics and content presented during the training, and reported high satisfaction with the increase in their communications capability and knowledge gained from the experience.

Here’s what the 2011 Executive Training Program participants are saying:

This is truly the gold standard of executive training.

I appreciate the relevance of moving from learning into doing. This training will enable us to save time, money and resources. The content is timely, relevant and immediately useful. The program is already helping our communications work internally and externally.
