Stephanie Zarecky, Senior Account Executive

Stephanie Zarecky works on a variety of issues at Spitfire including education, environmental preservation and quality health care access.

Stephanie joined Spitfire from the office of Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey where she served as state press secretary. She developed and implemented the senator’s state media outreach strategy, executed media events throughout Pennsylvania and in D.C., and coordinated the senator’s media schedule for national radio and television outlets. As a member of the newly-elected senator’s staff in 2007, Stephanie helped to establish press operations, including the senator’s e-newsletter program and website. Previously, Stephanie served as an intern in the press office of New York Senator Charles Schumer.

Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, where she studied broadcast journalism and political science. During her time there, Stephanie reported and produced for television and radio stations in Pennsylvania, New York and the District of Columbia.

Originally from South Park, Pennsylvania, outside of Pittsburgh, Stephanie is an avid animal lover, hockey fan, and theatre enthusiast.
